Splash of Color #worldwatercolormonth
This morning I splashed some watercolor paint and I didn’t really like it much and I was going to try again, but, I decided on another creative direction….to cut the art in strips and rearrange them.
Have a great Saturday! Rearrange things if you have to!
I love experimenting when something doesn’t go as planned. It’s a great way to try new things without any risk.

Collages and splashes of colors – the prompt was made with you in mind! So many things to be seen in your splashes . . . I see a snake because of the lines. I like snakes, so it’s a nice thought.
BTW, you showed up in the Reader this morning!! Yay!

I saw this and I was like this is different. I like it. Seems like everyone is working on color these days and me too. Great minds think alike right.

Perhaps I should do the same with some of mine. Even the breaks between the strips give it a rhythm and then you’ve connected them in places. Very successful, Sharon.

I love the idea of splicing and rearranging your art, Sharon. Your collage has an undercurrent theme, but the splicing and rearranging seems to have opened it up more. Always a pleasure to watch your art unfold.
