I was out on a walk and I found this beautiful red leaf. It escaped the autumn leaf raking.
Maui 3 – Hibiscus
I’m still in Maui mode :-)…I needed to make a birthday card so the Hibiscus became the subject matter. They were everywhere on Maui and in all colors.

Aloha! I just returned from my fabulous trip to Maui with my family. We stayed in a town called Kihei in a very lovey condominium resort. Our lanai had a view of the ocean, so every morning we started the day with coffee and art. Below are a few of my watercolor illustrations.

Tropical Fish
My local library has a very large fish tank with beautiful tropical fish. I’m mesmerized each time I visit.
