Greetings – This morning I was making a swatch of each color from my Inktense Block paints. When I was done I decided to link them together. A fun warm up for the day, now on to some watercolor painting.

Your renderings of stitches always look so real. Well, and you know I love this one! (K)

I’m not sure how I do that with stitches. I’m so glad you like it, thanks.

A lovely range of colours and very nicely drawn – I like the subtle touches of shadow you’ve added round each colour, it creates a lovely 3D effect….

I think you did a great job. Great warmup, as you say — although it is art all by itself!

Looks like fun, I love to make color charts, and your linking the colors together looks so cool! I need to reorganize my water colors and make a new chart, thanks for the inspiration!

Colors are the best! (But so is black and white.)

so subtle, those shadows 🙂 the other thing is how you sequenced the colors, by warm to cooler, top to bottom. I love the clean, pure simplicity of this design. Easy on the eyes, fresh and fun. Restful, in a way.
